Angkringan "Cheap Culinary" ala Yogyakarta

Angkringan ala Yogyakarta - Angkringan is the cheap culinary in Yogyakarta.  Where is Angkringan? Angkringan is place where people want gathering in roadside wear orange or blue tarp. All people in Yogyakarta know about Angkringan. Angkringan provide variety menu with cheap price. In Yogyakarta, this culinary businesses has been innumerable from the ringroad until the end of the alley rats. Angkringan not only in Yogyakarta but also in Solo city, Purworejo city, Magelang city, Semarang city until  Purwokerto city,  I found this stall food with orange tarp. 

This culinary become mainstay for the people who want to save their  money, especially the students who has problem in the last month. You can guess what that is. Rates range in Angkringan from IDR 500 (fried foods) until the expensive price  IDR.4000 (sate ampela) who has a lot of visitors. There are so many variety menu in there like sate kerang, tempe tahu bacem, sate telur puyuh, sate usus, kepala ayam bacem, coffe , ginger milk and so on. The main menu is sego kucing that consists of some rice and stirred-fried tempe and tiny sea fish cooked with chili only IDR. 1500,-.

In this post, I don’t give information and recommend  Angkringan which has famous food In Yogyakarta because I don’t have time to survey about it. But I suggest you to try Kopi joss, coffee served with hot charcoal plunged in it. The superiority of such coffee is lower degree of caffeine after being neutralized by the charcoal.
